Das Sumach schmeckt intensiv und frisch. Viel besser als das Sumach aus den Gewürzshops wo ich bisher eingekauft habe.
Ich kannte Sumach noch nicht. Aufgrund eines palestinänsischen Kochbuchs das ich gekauft hatte bin ich darauf aufmerksam geworden. Mega lecker. Passt nicht nur zur palestinänsischen Küche. Sehr günstig für die große Menge! Ich würde mir noch wünschen dass es die Gewürze in Bio Qualität gibt. Vielleicht sind sie das ja aber auch schon, nur ohne Siegel? Bestelle sicher wieder!
